Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The counsel for the Petitioner submitted that there are certain mistakes occurred in the filing of the petition which was filed in hurry and on receiving only part instructions from the Petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file an appropriate fresh petition. 3.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
