Learned APP has placed on record a report which indicates that the Applicant herein is arrested on 2/11/2012 in Crime No. 258/12 1/3

registered at Virar Police Station. The applicant is being tried for offence punishable under Section 395, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 read with Section 25 of the Indian Arms Act. It appears that the charge-sheet is filed. That the applicant has criminal antecedents. The learned Sessions Judge before whom the trial is pending, shall make an endeavour to frame the charge in the present case on or before 7/1/2016. The Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
