This application is for condonation of 111 days delay caused in preferring appeal against Judgment and Order passed by Special Judge in POCSO Special case No.522 of 2014, whereby appellant came to be convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 15 years and to pay fine of Rs.2,000/-, in default to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for two months. In addition to it, appellant is also convicted for the offence punishable under Section 4, 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and is directed to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 7 years and 15 years respectively and to pay fine of Rs. 2,000/- respectively on both these counts, in default, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two months.

For the grounds mentioned in the application delay caused is found satisfactorily explained, application is disposed of as allowed.
