In view of urgency, taken on board. 2] Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 12th January 2017 (Exhibit-V), the petitioner has filed this petition. 3] At the outset, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 stated that since the petitioner has submitted 9 documents out of 10 mentioned in the order dated 12th January 2017 and as now the petitioner has also got renewal certificate from the CIDCO, the petitioner's case for grant of Occupation Certificate will be considered afresh and appropriate decision will be taken after taking into consideration of the aforesaid relevant documents as expeditiously as possible.

2 p-515-wp-7118-17.sxw 4] In view of aforesaid stand being taken by respondent Nos.1 and 2, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's prayer for grant of Occupation Certificate as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two weeks from today without being influenced by the order impugned in this petition.
5] In view of the fact that we are disposing of the petition by directing respondent No.1 to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the petitioner's application for grant of Occupation Certificate within two weeks, we are inclined to extend the time fixed in Writ Petition No. 5683 of 2016 while deciding Civil Application No. 477 of 2017 up to 31st July 2017.
6] All contentions of the petitioner and respondent No.4 are kept open.
