1] The aforestated applications are for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.2 in CR No. 170 of 2015 registered with Vanrai Police Station, by the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Goregaon, Mumbai in A.B.A. No. 272 of 2015 by its Order dated 12.06.2015.

APPLN.402-2015.doc 2] Mr. Bhatia, the learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 submitted that, during the pendency of the present application the police have submitted chargesheet and has also annexed copy of the chargesheet to the present application.

3] In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa Vs. Sameer Pakvasa & Anr in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in A.B.A. No.1785 of 2014 dated 25.1.2016, the present applications for cancellation of anticipatory bail on merits after filing of chargesheet do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
