1] This petition was called out on 22nd November, 2016, none appears on be half of the petitioner. Therefore, by way of indulgence, we adjourned it today. Today also none appears for the petitioner.

2] Be that as it may be, the relief claimed in the petition is that the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 not to lodge any offence against the petitioner at the instance of respondent no.4 without giving an opportunity of hearing. The petitioner has also sought writ directing respondent No.4 not to commit suicide or abort the pregnancy. In our considered opinion, such relief cannot be granted.

4] Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
