Perusal of Petition indicates that, though the Petitioner has filed an Application before the trial Court seeking certain documents and/or his discharge from the crime, the said Application has not been considered till date. Petitioner has also requested this Court to provide him certain documents under Section 91 of Criminal Procedure Code to build his defence.

Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate Application before the trial Court, where his trial arising out of C.R. No.1380 of 2020 registered with Hadapsar Police Station, Pune is pending, for the same. It is needless to state that, if such an Application is filed by Petitioner, the trial Court will consider the same as per the provisions of law. 3.
