1] This application is filed by applicant original claimants seeking condonation of delay in preferring their Appeal. 2] Learned counsel for respondent Union of India, takes objection on the ground that the delay is about 7 years and 243 days. 3] Learned counsel for applicant submits that the delay was on account of financial difficulties of the applicant that they could not file appeal until they could get amount of compensation only in the year 2016, and when they received compensation amount, they have filed this appeal.

4] Hence, for the reasons stated in the application as sufficient cause is made out, the delay is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed off.
