This is an application filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the show-cause notice issued by the learned Executive Magistrate under section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner has remedy of filing a reply to the show-cause notice and contesting the same before the learned Executive Magistrate.

In this view of the matter, we do not see any extra-ordinary reason to interfere with the show-cause notice at this stage,

7_APL.525.2020.doc particularly when the petitioner can always approach the learned Executive Magistrate by filing a reply to the show-cause notice and contesting the same on merits.
