The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though belatedly, an order was passed by the State Government. The said order was challenged by the petitioner by filing a substantive petition which has been allowed by this Court.

Considering these aspects, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want press this petition.

Even otherwise, in the facts of the case, no case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act,1971. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
