P.C. :- The Applicants seek wages under Section 17-B of the Act. By the impugned order the Industrial Court had allowed the Revision filed by the Respondent and had set aside the order of the Labour Court directing reinstatement.

Hence, as on today, there is no order of reinstatement in favour of the Petitioner - Applicant and therefore, there is no question of payment of wages under Section 17-B of the Act. 3.

Civil Application is rejected.
