Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the aforesaid Applications do not survive, inasmuch as, the Applicant's Bail Applications have been decided by the trial Court. He, however, requests that the trial of the Applicant i. e. C. C. Nos. 141 / SW / 2004 to 144 / SW / 2004 be expedited.

The aforesaid Applications are accordingly disposed of as infructuous. However, having regard to the fact that the aforesaid cases are of the year 2004, the trial of the aforesaid cases i. e. C. C. Nos. 141 /

APL 698-18 (common order).doc SW / 2004, 142 / SW / 2004, 143 / SW / 2004 and 144 / SW / 2004 is expedited. The learned trial Judge to decide the said cases as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.
