This Application is preferred by the insurance company for condonation of 171 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 18.09.2012 passed by M.A.C.T. Mangaon, District Raigad in M.A.C.P. No. 987 of 2008.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
