The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.8 Mr. A. B. Borkar states that without leave of this Court the Respondent would not deal with the property in question. In view of the said statement, the apprehension of the Applicants is assuaged, hence one of the reliefs in the above Civil Application does not survive for consideration. In so far as the second relief is concerned, the Petitioners may move this Court for final hearing after a period of 8 weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
