By consent of both the parties, following order is passed : The impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate dated 18th March, 2015 asking the petitioner to deposit his passport and directing him not to leave India without prior permission, is set aside. However, the Magistrate is directed to hold the trial on day to day basis from tomorrow and complete the same within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not cooperate for day to day hearing of the trial, the Magistrate will be at liberty to impose necessary
