Heard learned counsel appointed for the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial has commenced. Prosecution has examined 8 witnesses out of 40 witnesses. This Court is not inclined to grant bail in the midst of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has not been produced on each and every date at the time of trial and therefore, trial is being protracted by the prosecution. According to the learned counsel, applicant has a right of expeditious trial and therefore, prays for directions that the prosecution shall make every effort to produce the accused at the time of trial on each and every date.
