By this civil application, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 21st June, 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5687 of 2000 and seek restoration of the said writ petition, which is dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 21st June, 2016. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has no objection if the order dated 21st June, 2016 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to 1/2

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 21st June, 2016 is recalled. Writ Petition No.5687 of 2000 is restored to file. Interim orders granted in the said writ petition, if any, are also restored to file.

Place Writ Petition No.210 of 2004 along with Writ Petition No.5687 of 2000 for hearing and final disposal. 4.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
