The grievance which was raised by the Petitioner before the jail authority was that he was not given proper medical treatment. The said grievance was raised in the year 2015. In case, the said grievance still subsists, we direct the Additional DIG (Prison) Kolhapur to look into the said grievance of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of 10 weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order and communicate the same to the Petitioner. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

The Registry of this Court shall send a copy of this order to the concerned authority who in turn shall communicate the same to the Petitioner.
