Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred by original respondent in Writ Petition No.4798 of 2015 for directing JMFC at Nashik to comply with the order dated 2.7.2015 passed by this court (Coram: Mrs.Mridula Bhatkar, J.) in Writ Petition No.4798 of 2015.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though this court by order dated 2.7.2015 directed learned JMFC, Nashik to decide case M.A.No.876 of 2011 filed by wife under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act on or before 31.7.2015, same is pending.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Mohite 1/2

10 caw2318-16 averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Learned JMFC, Nashik is directed to hear and decide the case M.A.No.876 of 2011 filed by petitioner Ujwala Pramod Khope as early as possible but in any case on or before 31.1.2017. b) Civil application stands disposed off with these directions.

Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
