Learned AGP seeks liberty to correct the number of days mentioned in paragraph No. 4 and it has been corrected to 192 days.

Perused the Civil Application with the assistance of AGP, who has taken out the application to condone the delay of 192 days. On perusal of the application, in particular, paragraph 2 disclose steps taken by the State for filing the First Appeal and it goes narrative of the procedural step taken when the certified copy is obtained till the date when First Appeal came to be instituted.

On perusal of the application, I am satisfied that the reasons for delay are sufficiently justified in the application and being of procedural nature, deserves to be condoned. 3.
Resultantly, Civil Application No. 1818/2017 is allowed. Registry is directed to register the First Appeal and upon registration of the same, issue notice to the respondent, returnable after 6 weeks.
