These appeals were admitted on 10-01-2012. However, till date, service is not completed upon respondent Nos.2 and 3. The Registry note indicates that connected Appeal From Order No.927 of 2011 has been dismissed for non-prosecution.

Today, when the matters are called out, neither any representative of the appellant nor the advocate for the appellant is present.

The challenge in these appeals are to the order dated 15 April 2011, by which, some reliefs were granted to the appellant's/plaintiff's in their Notices of Motion. At this stage, it is possible that the suit has been itself disposed of. In any case, since, the appellant's are not pursuing these appeals, the same is required to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
