The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the Senior Inspector of Police, Khed Police Station, to register an FIR against the Respondent Nos.2 to 6.

The Learned APP, Mrs. Pai, draws our attention to the letter

2/2 909-wp.2549.2014.doc dated 5th June, 2018, of the Inspector of Police, Khed Police Station, wherein it has been stated that an FIR has been registered against the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 on 4th March, 2014 and thereafter charge-sheet has been filed on 5th June, 2014.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner has been met. It is not necessary therefore to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The same is accordingly disposed of.
