In the circumstances, I am inclined to allow the application. The condition, requiring the applicant to report to the police station on every Monday and every Thursday until further orders of the concerned Magistrate, is cancelled.
The applicant shall, however, report to the Police Station and make herself available for investigation and / or interrogation, as and when reasonably required by the Investigating Officer.
