The above Civil Application has been filed seeking interim stay to the Award passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.136 of 1994. By virtue of the order dated 2-9-1997 interim stay to the Award was granted on the Applicant / Appellant depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Trial Court within 8 weeks. Office note indicates that the amount has been accordingly deposited by the Applicant / Appellant in the Trial Court.
