The victim girl is aged about 12 years. 2] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief in favoaur of the applicant, learned Counsel for applicant on instructions from the relative of the applicant who is present in Court seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
