Heard. By the Civil Application, the applicant is seeking extension of time to comply with order dated 11.02.2013 passed by this court (Coram : R. G. Ketkar, J.) in Civil Application No.337/2011, wherein this court had directed the applicant to serve some of the respondents by substitute service by publishing a notice in news paper "Loksatta" in Marathi Edition and also in any other news paper having widely circulated in the area where the respondents were residing.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP and the reasons disclosed in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for extension of time to comply with order dated 11.02.2013.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Eight weeks' time is granted to the applicant to comply with order dated 11.02.2013 passed in Civil Application No.337/2013, failing which they will have to pay cost of Rs.25,000/-.

b.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
