Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that main relief claimed in the writ petition is direction to the Respondents to register an FIR. He submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, on the basis of Petitioner's complaint, FIR is registered by the concerned Police Station and therefore present writ petition is rendered infructuous. In the light of statement, writ petition is dismissed having rendered infructuous.
