The learned AGP has placed on record Order dated 16th September, 2017 passed by the Competent Authority under the provisions of Bombay Government Premises Eviction Act, 1955. 2.

We find that the said order is appealable under Section 7 of the Bombay Government Premises (Eviction) Act, 1955 before the City Civil Court. In such circumstances, we decline to entertain this petition. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy of appeal as provided under the said Act.
