Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, this Court has granted bail to the Applicant, while imposing condition this Court has imposed condition that, Applicant shall attend concerned Police Station on every Saturday between 3.00 N.S. Kamble page 1 of 3
to 5.00 p.m. The learned counsel further submitted that, Applicant is resident of Orissa he attending the Courts dates regularly. It is very difficult for him to attend the Court date's and Police Station. Applicant is ready to attend Police Station once in three months. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 3.
The learned Counsel for the Applicant further submitted that, Condition No.(e) is that, Applicant shall not leave State of Maharashtra without prior permission of the Sessions Court. Applicant is resident of Orissa, he has to meet his parents, who stays in Orissa. Hence, Applicant be permitted to leave State of Maharashtra by intimating to the Investigating Officer.

The learned APP has submitted that, appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) Application is partly allowed.
(ii) The order is modified as under :- N.S. Kamble page 2 of 3
"The Applicant shall mark his attendance to the concerned Police Station once in three months". (iii) The Applicant can leave State of Maharashtra by intimating the concerned Police Station/Investigating Officer.
(iv) The Applicant is directed to provide his permanent address and contact number to the Investigating Officer.
