At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.1 raised preliminary objection and submitted that, as contemplated under section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005 there is substantive alternate remedy available at the disposal of the petitioner. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to adopt the said substantive alternate remedy as contemplated under section 29 of the said Act. Leave and liberty granted.

Disposed of as withdrawn.

It is needless to mention that the petitioner herein will get benefit of section 14 of the Limitation Act while preferring the appeal under section 29 of the said Act.
