This application is preferred by plaintiff for extension of time to make an appropriate application for regularisation of the suit structure to the Corporation as per order passed by this court on 09.06.2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing the Civil Application.

a) Three weeks time is extended from today to the applicant to make an appropriate application, if he so desire, for regularisation of the suit structure to the respondent corporation as per earlier order dated 09.06.2015, failing which civil application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court .

b) If application is preferred within stipulated time as stated herein above, the respondent corporation is directed to decide the same within eight weeks from the receipt of the said application.

c) Rest of the order dated 09.06.2015 remains as it is.

d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
