After hearing the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent that show cause notice in relation to the subject in question will be issued to the Petitioner by Friday. In view of this, we are permitting the Petitioner to file Reply to the said show cause notice within (7) days from the Sameer 1/2

The Respondent to deal with and adjudicate the same in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within (6) weeks, on the condition that, the Petitioner to participate in the entire proceedings.
