This Civil Application is for restoring Civil Application No. 711/2013 which was dismissed on 10th June, 2013 for want of prosecution as the applicants and the Advocate were both absent. 2.

In the Civil Application which was taken out on 2nd July 2013, it is stated that on 10th June 2013 there was heavy rain and the Advocate was also unwell. Hence, the Advocate could not reach the Court on time. In view of the explanation, Civil Application No. 711/2013 is restored. The present Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
