Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the representation, which has already been submitted before the Respondent-State. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with 1 / 2

WP. 7795-17 liberty as prayed, with a direction to Respondent-State to take an appropriate decision on the said representation, as expeditiously as possible, on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4.

In view of disposal of this petition, Civil Application No. 2180 of 2017 filed therein does not survive, and is therefore, disposed of.
