The applicant is arrested on 18th September, 2020 in connection with C.R. No. 365 of 2020 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The First Information Report was registered on 1st April, 2020.

The complainant is aged about 22 years. According to RajeP.

Aher her, she got acquainted with the applicant in June, 2019. The applicant had allegedly promised her that he would marry her. There was physical relationship. Thereafter, both of them used to meet each other frequently. In November, 2019 the complainant and the applicant had stayed in hotel by booking room for a period of about one and half month. Thereafter there were dispute amongst them.

Thereafter, they stayed in another hotel. There were physical relationship between them. It is further alleged that complainant had parted money to the applicant. Subsequently, FIR has been registered. On perusal of the FIR, and from the tenor of the grievance of the complainant, it is apparent that the relationship was of consensual nature. Investigation is complete. Charge-sheet is filed. In the circumstances, case for grant of bail is made out. 3.

Hence, I pass the following order.

O R D E R

i) Bail Application No. 1483 of 2020, is allowed; ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 365 of 2020 registered with Sakinaka Police Station on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or more sureties in the like amount;

iii) The applicant shall not approach the complainant and shall not intimidate her or tamper with the evidence in any manner;

iv) The applicant shall report concerned police station once in three months on every first

Saturday of the month between 11.00 am. to 1.00 pm. till further order;

v) Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
