DATED : 5th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, make a statement that since C.R is registered in the year 2016, in the backdrop of the Dahi handi programme organized in Thane, he is not desirous of arresting the applicants. However, since the offence is registered, it is expected that the applicants shall co-operate in investigation of the said offence. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of their arrest, the Applicant no.1 Avinash Anant Jadhav and applicant no.2 Abhijit Ramesh Panse in connection with Tilak

2/2 907 ABA 1806-22.doc C.R.No.224/2016 registered with Naupada Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties of the like amount. (b) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer on 11/7/2022 and 13/7/2022 between 2.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m and render all his cooperation to the Investigating Officer. Application stand disposed off.
