Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph 5 after the words 'Writ Petition is disposed of', following words be added.

"with direction to the Corporation to decide the sanctioned proposal expeditiously."

The order dated 23/11/2016 stands corrected accordingly by adding the above words. The paragraph 5 would read thus.

"In the light of the averments made in paragraph

907. wp 7549.16 4 and submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the Corporation to decide the sanctioned proposal expeditiously."

Corrected order be issued. Writ Petition is disposed of.
