Heard Ms. Gonsalves, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Lad, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 4.

The Civil Application is taken out to bring on record heirs and legal representatives of Respondent No. 1. 3.

There is delay of 34 days. Mr. Lad on behalf of Respondent No. 4 strongly oppose the Interim Application.

However, suffcient reasons are given in the Civil Application and therefore, for the reasons set out in the Civil application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
