The report submitted by Dr. Harish Shetty is received by this Court in sealed cover. The petitioner had approached this Court during the pendency of appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Sessions Court challenging the impugned order passed by the trial Court, since interim relief was not granted during the pendency of said appeal. It is brought to my notice that the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Sessions Court is now due for hearing. The next date before the Sessions Court is on 5th August, 2022.

The report submitted by Dr. Harish. Shetty may be forwarded to the Sessions Court in sealed cover.

The CWC report or the counsellor report, if any may be called for by the learned Sessions Judge for consideration. 5.

The appellate Court would be at liberty to initiate appropriate measures to interview concerned parties, if the Court deems it proper.

The affidavits tendered by learned counsel for Petitioners are taken on record.

7.

All the contentions regarding the reports referred to above are kept open.

8.

Without prejudice to rights of parties all the interim arrangements shall continue till the final disposal of the appeal. 9.

Criminal Writ Petition No.1232 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
