At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to

2/2 904-ba.1449.2017 withdraw the application with liberty to file an application, after filing of the charge-sheet, before the appropriate Court. 2.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been heard on merit and if an application for regular bail, after filing of the charge-sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

In view of the aforesaid, the Intervention Application being Criminal Application No. 717 of 2017 does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
