The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the present petitioner had filed Writ Petition no.3297 of 2016 in this Court which came to be disposed of as withdrawn on the application of the petitioner on 4 th April, 2017.

This fact has not been disclosed in this petition. In view of this position, the learned counsel for the petitioner seek leave for withdrawal of the petition. In the circumstances, I pass the following order:- (i) Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
