The challenge in the present Appeal is to the Order dated 10 May 2022 passed by 5th Jt. Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Pune rejecting Appellant's / Plaintiff's Application at Exh.5 for grant of temporary injunction. The suit is filed by the Appellant / Plaintiff for recovery of money. Therefore instead of determining the correctness of Order dated 10 May 2022, it would be appropriate that the Trial Court takes up the suit for hearing.
