By order dated April 4, 2019, Writ Petition No.5217 of 2001 and Civil Application No.1680 of 2018 were disposed with directions to the learned trial Judge to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.199/2000 as expeditiously as possible and in any case latest by July 2019.

Vide a communication dated August 7, 2019, learned Civil Judge has sought extension of time for disposal of the said suit by two months.

For the reasons stated in the communication dated August 7, 2019, time stipulated for disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.199/2000 stands extended by two months. 5.

Inform the concerned accordingly.
