No.5942 of 2004 Dated 08.09.2004 in Prince Shivaji Maratha Boarding House's College of Architecture, Kolhapur and Others Versus State of Maharashtra, AICTE and COA and follow the directions / instructions issued by the Council of Architecture under the Architects Act, 1972 and Rules and Regulations and Guidelines framed there under."
