P.C. :- After hearing both sides we are of the view that our order dated 15 June 2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 6168 of 2018 shall operate for the benefit of those students who claim the Caste/Tribe validity certificate for admissions to the courses which are notified by the Directorate of Technical Education, State of Maharashtra on 15 January 2018 styled as Technical Courses and for the academic year 2018-2019. Meaning thereby the mandate to scrutinize and verify all the claims of all such students as directed by us would operate irrespective of whether the student is aspiring to take admission in

As far as the student - petitioner before us is concerned, he shall appear before the Competent Scrutiny Committee tomorrow i.e. on 20 June 2018 at 11.00 a.m. The learned AGP assures us that the Committee will make every endeavour to comply with the directions issued by this Court.
