Heard. Mr. Mishra, Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that on 24/3/2017 an application seeking bail was withdrawn before this Court and this Court had given direction that the learned Sessions Judge shall make an endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible withing 10 months from the date of framing of charge. He further submits that till today charge is not framed. The Applicant is in custody since 1/12/2014.

In view of this, the learned Sessions Judge shall treat the matter as custody matter and frame the charge as early as possible and comply with the order dated 24/3/2017.
