This application is taken out for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No.23 by noting dated 20.10.2016. The notice sent to the legal heirs of respondent No.23 i.e., respondent No.23A and 23C are served, however, the notice to respondent No.23B is returned unserved, as a wrong address is given. Time was granted to the applicant to furnish proper and correct address and serve respondent No.23B. However, it was not furnished and, therefore, after giving time, finally by order of the Registrar

None is appearing for respondent Nos.23A and 23C, though served. Hence, the application for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No.23 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) except respondent No.23B. Amendments to be carried out forthwith.
