DATED : 13th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is apprehending her arrest in C.R.No. 819/2022, which invoke Sections 313, 323, 354, 504, 506 r/w Section 34 IPC. The complainant is arraigned as accused no.1 in the said C.R which is registered on the complaint of one Premlata Singh, who has reported that on 18/4/2022, on hearing the commotion when she came out of the house, she noticed the applicant in an abusive mood. When the husband of the complainant questioned her, she even abused him. After her husband left for work and when she was all alone at home, the accused persons visited her house and this included the present applicant. The narration of the complainant

2/3 23 ABA 1808-22.doc is the present applicant pulled her out of the door by holding her hair and co-accused Jugnu Khan hit her in her stomach which resulted in bleeding from her private part.

On being taken to the hospital, it was noticed that she suffered a miscarriage and was offered treatment. The coaccused Alam Khan has been released on bail by order dated 6/7/2022 (ABA No. 1807/22).

Considering his limited role in the narration of the complainant, when the role of the present applicant is perused, she is alleged of pulling the complainant out of the door. The applicant therefore, deserve protection from arrest, subject to the stipulation that she shall report to the Investigating Officer and co-operate with the Investigating Officer. Hence the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Yasmeen Khan in connection of C.R.No.819/2022 registered with Sakinaka police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him

3/3 23 ABA 1808-22.doc from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 15th and 16th July 2022 between 2.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m and thereafter as and when directed.
