Learned A.P.P. states that the applicant, in furtherance of the order dated 04/10/2022, has reported to the M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 5 ABA-1809-22.doc Investigating Offcer and handed over the original Will, which is the subject matter of the complaint fled by the complainant as well as the pen drive, which record the execution of the last Will and Testament by one Smt.Lilavati Shah. The Investigating Offcer makes a categorical statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is no more necessary. 2.

By accepting the aforesaid statement, following order is passed.

: ORDER :

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.53 of 2022 registered with Vashi Police Station, applicant-Ashwin Raichand Shah shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Offcer and shall not tamper with evidence.
