At the outset, leave to amend and correct the age of respondent No.1 is sought. Amendment be carried out forthwith. The writ petition can be disposed of in view of the consensus, which is arrived at between the parties that the impugned judgment dated 15/4/2023 issuing possession warrant, before the final decree is drawn up be set aside with direction for expeditious disposal of final decree proceedings.

In view of the above, the impugned decision dated 15/4/2023 is quashed and set aside and the final decree proceedings to be concluded within a period of 6 weeks from the

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter, in view of the consensus which is arrived at between the parties. As such all the rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
